Welcome to our tour of our neighborhood. This is Fitler square. On the far side of the square, there's a very good farmer's market on Saturdays. Local produce, humanely and cleanly raised. Who could ask for more?

Kids playing on a beautiful April afternoon.

These kids are geniuses!

A southern-facing view of the Fitler square fountain. Hey look! They've turned it on. Spring is finally here. And in the background, we see the Fitler Commons.

The Fitler Square ram! And in the background is Dmitri's. It's a really good place to get seafood, though apparently, the one in Queen's village is even better.

Croskey St. It's a little hidden community. Just like Hobbiton! Actually, the gentleman we talked to referred to this as the Croskey Schtetl.

Dave is a big fan of the green shutters.

It's a tiny hidden community within the hidden community! Like Bag End.

Looking northward along Croskey.

This is the nice florist who will helpfully arrange flowers for your best gal. A note fellas: I've been told by numerous sources to bring flowers because you care, but NEVER because you've done something wrong.

This speaks for itself, as it's a sign...

... in front of a pretty little garden

Grace Tavern. I believe it's owned by Fergie. They have sausages. Also, Rose lives down the street from here. If you don't know who that is, then you're missing out.

Emily really liked the bars on the windows. Look closely, or you'll miss them!

We liked the well-worn, but timely messages here.

This is the headquarters for the church of the Apostilic Faith. They seem devout as it is very hard to find parking on Sundays.

Emily is a big fan of porches and little city front yards.

I mean REALLY a fan.

Some very nice stain glass windows. If you didn't think this picture would come out, you would be wrong.

Super advanced garage door!

Lots of stuff in the front yard.

Shutters!

The ivy makes it fancy! At night, there are lights in the ivy all year round.

So pretty!

This is an odd garden. You wouldn't expect that something growing out of the back of the grad hospital garage could be sightly and calming, and yet it is!
